Yso Dirty Wash Pro Agreement
Definitions
- “Company” refers to Yso Dirty, the business entity that manages the Yso Dirty platform.
- “Wash Pro(s)” refers to individuals, independent contractors, operators or businesses registered to provide car wash services through the Yso Dirty platform.
- “In-Coming Customers” refers to customers who book services on the Yso Dirty platform as a result of Company advertising, organic search, or word-of-mouth.
- “Wash Package(s)” refers to the service offerings and add-ons created by Yso Dirty. - “Direct Booking” refers to bookings that Wash Pros acquire from their own marketing/advertising.
Independent Contractor Status
By registering as a Wash Pro, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Company’s Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you are operating as an independent contractor—not an employee, agent, or partner of Yso Dirty. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local business, labor, and tax laws.
Wash Pro account holders must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Not have any felony convictions (subject to applicable state laws).
Wash Packages & Pricing
Yso Dirty establishes standardized Wash Packages using U.S. national averages for full-service car washes and detailers. These prices may vary and are subject to change at the Company’s sole discretion, including for promotional campaigns.
Wash Pros are not required to accept any booking. However, if a Wash Pro does accept a booking, the Wash Pro agrees to provide the full scope of services as outlined in the selected Wash Package at the listed prices and any extras selected by the customer—excluding pickup truck bed cleaning, which is optional and at the Wash Pro’s discretion.
Marketing
Yso Dirty will provide professional digital marketing assets that Wash Pros can use for online or local promotions. These include branded graphics and promotional templates designed to support customer acquisition. Physical printed materials are not included and are optional at the Wash Pro's discretion.
In certain areas Yso Dirty may require at least 20 full-time Wash Pros to be approved and active in an area code to begin running customer marketing campaigns to help Wash Pros obtain in-coming customers. Marketing/advertising campaigns can consist of paid and/or non-paid channels. Each market is different, with which Yso Dirty will evaluate the supply and demand to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effective marketing. Yso Dirty marketing campaigns will focus on the areas/zip codes that have sufficient approved Wash Pros that can support customer demand. Yso Dirty reserves the right to not conduct marketing or make changes to this policy as the company sees fit.
Wash Pro Membership
Wash Pros are authorized to:
- Set their own prices and custom service packages for customers they acquire directly.
- Set their own prices for direct bookings.
- Provide direct booking via a unique Pro ID, which customers can use to bypass the upfront $4 booking fee. Collect entire wash package amount.
Payment Terms
- Yso Dirty collects a $4 booking fee per vehicle from all in-coming customers.
- The customer pays the remaining Wash Package balance directly to the Wash Pro after service completion.
- Yso Dirty recommends payment methods such as Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or cash. Wash Pros are free to choose their preferred payment method.
- Yso Dirty is not responsible for non-payment or payment disputes between customers and Wash Pros.
Customer Modifications & Cancellations
- In-coming customers may modify/cancel bookings up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations within 30 minutes of the scheduled time will forfeit the $4 booking fee, which will be paid to the Wash Pro at the end of the month.
No Guarantees
Yso Dirty does not guarantee job volume, income, or business success. Wash Pro results may vary based on location, demand, effort, and availability.
Wash Pro Requirements
By signing this Agreement, all Wash Pros agree to:
1. Watch all professional training videos on the Pro Services page (accessible via the Pro profile).
2. Use eco-friendly wash products and techniques whenever possible.
3. Be present for the initial wash appointment with every new in-coming customer.
4. Refrain from using Yso Dirty’s name, logo, or trademarks in any unapproved promotional materials.
5. Release and hold harmless Yso Dirty from any liability arising out of services performed or disputes with customers.
Termination
Yso Dirty may terminate or suspend a Wash Pro’s access to the platform at its sole discretion for:
- Breach of this Agreement
- Misconduct or unprofessional behavior
- Actions that damage the reputation of Yso Dirty
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yso Dirty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of services performed by Wash Pros.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yso Dirty, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your services or conduct as a Wash Pro.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the company’s and applicable wash pro’s State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
