Your journey as a Wash Pro begins here. This handbook will help guide you.

Definitions:
- Company (Yso Dirty): The platform that connects customers with Wash Pros.
- Wash Pro(s): Independent contractors (Basic or Platinum) who perform mobile car wash services.
- Incoming Customers: Customers who find Yso Dirty via Yso Dirty marketing/ads/promotions, organic search, or word-of-mouth.
- Direct Customers: Customers that come from a Platinum Wash Pro’s direct marketing, ads or promotions.
- Wash Packages: Service bundles and add-ons offered through Yso Dirty.

- All Wash Pros are independent contractors, not an employee or partner of Yso Dirty.
- You are responsible for your own taxes, business licenses, and compliance with laws.
- Requirements: 18 years or older, no felony convictions (per applicable state laws).
- Wash Pro account holders must at least be present during the first service for new customers. Any violation reports are subject to account suspension or termination.

- New customer standardized pricing set by Yso Dirty to attract incoming customers (subject to change).
- Pricing based on national averages between full service car wash and mobile auto detailers
- Must deliver the full package selected by the customer, including add-ons.
- Promotional pricing may apply at Yso Dirty’s discretion for incoming customers and must be honored by Wash Pros.
- Truck bed cleaning is optional and Wash Pros can provide their own pricing.

Basic Wash Pro:
- Includes unlimited incoming customers and scheduling, pro tools and online coaching.
- Yso Dirty will charge all incoming customers a $4 booking fee that is deducted from the total wash package, the remaining is paid to the Wash Pro.

Platinum Wash Pro:
- All Basic Wash Pro features.
- Ability to conduct direct marketing/advertising and create custom pricing/service packages for direct customers.
- Can adjust pricing for repeat bookings from incoming customers after the first wash.
- Direct Pro ID bookings, bypass the $4 booking fee.

- Provide your own equipment and products.
- Access to professional training videos and online coaching.
- Scale your business by hiring, transferring it to family, or selling your customer base in the future. - Access to professional training videos and online coaching.
- Exit your business by transferring it to family or selling your customer base to another Wash Pro.
